First Time Home Buyers

We are living in the house of our dreams, and we would not be here if it wasn’t for Melody Montero. Like so many other homes on the market in these times, this house was days away from foreclosure and auction. Melody literally worked magic to keep this house from slipping away from us. She is extremely knowledgeable about short-sales and foreclosures, which is a must if you are looking for a house today. We were first time home buyers and Melody was honest, straightforward, patient, and continually kept us informed. Other people we were working with, including our mortgage broker, frequently commented on how professional and easy to work with Melody was.

Aside from the importance of knowing the market very well, being the constant professional, and continually educating those around her about the ins and outs of today’s real estate industry, Melody was fun to work with. She typically was not only showing homes to us, but also our two young children, which is no small feat! Melody was truly a joy to work with, and we were very lucky to have been referred to her. We would absolutely say that we would use her next time – but we’re never going to move out of this fabulous house she landed us!
