I Now Have the Garden I Have Always Dreamed Of

I was about to give up hope that I would find a home in Sebastopol in time to close the deal on my condo in LA. In a last ditch effort, I called my sister who lives in Sebastopol to ask her for help. She immediately referred immediately me to Melody Montero, who had helped her and her family find a wonderful home in Sebastopol. Melody jumped into action. She communicated back and forth with my agent in LA and helped me to understand every nuance along the way.  She understood what my tastes and likes were in a home immediatly. We looked at several properties in the area and at the 11th hour she found the home of my dreams!!! She knew that I love to garden and cook, and my new cottage has all that and more. I was lucky enough, with Melody’s help, to find a vintage cottage on Florence Avenue in Sebastopol. The street is historic in its own right and charming and friendly beyond belief. The deal was sealed!!! Not an easy proposition long distance.

Just because the deal was complete didn’t mean that Melody wasn’t still there for me. After I moved in, she helped me problem solve a variety of things I needed to know to start life in Sebastopol. I now have the garden I have always dreamed of and a life that could not be more perfect. Thank you Melody, couldn’t have done it without you.
